Every child and family should be treated with dignity, fairness, and consideration. Our team works to create a safe learning environment where children can participate, build relationships, and grow with confidence.

Rainbow will make reasonable efforts to support access and participation for children and families with differing needs. Families are encouraged to share relevant information with the center so we can discuss appropriate support and accommodations.

We value open communication and encourage families to raise questions or concerns with the Director or designated administrator. Concerns will be reviewed promptly and respectfully, and no child or family will be subject to retaliation for raising a good-faith concern.

Questions about this policy or concerns about discrimination may be directed to the center's Director or administrator so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
